• Quick Detail:

  Rebound rubber strip when encountering obstacles, safety edge switch, pressure-sensitive switch

  The safety edge switch can be fixed at the edge position of moving parts such as machine tool workbenches and electric doors that pose risks of compression and shearing. When the moving parts equipped with safety edge switches collide with the operator (or the operator collides with the moving parts), these flexible safety edge switches will be compressed and send a signal to the power source to stop the movement of these parts.

  The safety edge contact strip is composed of two elements made of conductive silicone, separated by a specific distance. The end of the contact strip can be connected to different end pieces depending on its application purpose. After inserting it into the rubber sleeve and connecting it to the switch, all components form a complete system. The safety edge can be easily and quickly assembled by users themselves.
